11am at the St Pancras champagne bar for a flute of Chandon-Moët. Departure at 11:32, arrival at 02:45pm (Paris Mean Time). Arrival at Rue Pierre et Marie Curie - depending on how Emily negotiates traffic - at around 03:30pm (Paris Good Time) to commence the "same procedure as last year," starting with a bottle of Bollinger.

Back on Monday at 11am (British Dull Time).
